There's only 5 schools in my district so I can't really tell...

My school was running out of paper at the end of the year, but the supply was quickly replenished. THis summer they added two more sports that very few people will participate in: Bowling and Water Polo.  There may be a few of you who regularly play these sports, but I'm willing to bet not many. There are already many programs people can take part in. If my school is being underfunded, it's because of [too] many sports programs.
My old school was genuinely short on money.
It just depends on where you live I guess.

All the schools in my area are getting worse and worse with shorter hours, less supplies and the passing along of people because of there age. Whilst my school gets longer hours, harder curriculum, and shorter breaks.
